The Shockland album from Elite Force has been in the pipeline for some time now, and this week it finally sees the light of day amidst a blaze of publicity, including El Forza's first DJ Magazine cover. Bless.
The tracks contained within were written for the awesome game Motorstorm Apocalypse for the PS3 (which was released a couple of months back to great acclaim) in collaboration with Oscar-winning classical / soundtrack composer Klaus Badelt, whose work you will be familiar with if you've watched Pirates of The Caribbean or Gladiator or any of the other Hollywood blockbusters he's been involved with.

The music speaks for itself - dark, brooding soundtracky works that will be as at home on your earpod as in the club. Tracks like 'Loco' and 'Spazm' are clearly peaktime performers that have been smashing the harder clubfloors for a few months now, but the more experimental, intricate downbeat works such as 'Neurofunk' and 'The Horror ...' are proper, tripped out afterhours sounds for the twisted generation.
